How do i enable cheats in multiplayer?

Me and my friend like to play sc2 multiplayer a lot and we like to cheat

lol, well we got a mod that enables the console and it works in skirmish and campaign but when we try to use it in a multiplayer game we just get a message saying:
"Noobpunisher117 has tried cheating"
So how do i enable cheats in multiplayer for sc2?

BTW: I read a post saying that i have to click a button to enable cheats somewhere in game but i cant find it, or in game.pref.

Just fine tune the AI to your skill level. You can adjust its resource bonus and its build speed.
