Is "F+" better or worse than a regular "F"?

You can see how it could be either way (in general, I'm referring to.)

The wireless internet in my apartment was rated at 1.5 mbps but in actuality was so oversaturated that at peak times (7-11pm or so) it would often time out or take minutes to load a single webpage.

was what I got when I tried to speedtest it during one of those times.

I've since then upgraded to cable internet rated at 10mbps (that actually speedtests at 15 mbps or so) and even though it's more expensive, I'd say it's definitely worth it to not deal with that frustration.

My internet connection is so bad that I'm reading SPUF through Netscape right now and whenever I chat with my friend in TF2, I use the built in MiRC.

My monitor is monochrome and my keyboard is a typewriter. My headset is a Phonograph and it comes with a dog that never leaves like it was waiting for someone.

That's nuthin'.

My internet's so bad that when I play with my friend we both fire up the singleplayer game and then use smoke signals to let each other know where we are. Games are generally pretty low scoring.

My mobile operator (Russia, MTS) limits my speed to 64 Kbit/s for an hour after downloading/uploading... only 5 megabytes of data (I have unlimited Internet plan, on per-MB plan there's no such limit).
