My third and newest map. As a personal note I'd like to mention that the panels directly above the glass angled walls are unportalable in my final map despite them being created and saved with them being portalable like the surrounding walls. It's a bug that doesn't effect gameplay but it sort of ruins the asthetic value. |

My First Three Chambers
I've got a few to share. Please give them a shot and leave a comment. I'm definitely looking for constructive criticism, but if you like the maps, I'd like to hear that as well =P. I've play tested these first three fairly extensively, and they should be almost pitch perfect. Please enjoy.
Momentum Refresher Mini Gauntlet Shifty Vent Shafts! Now that I've posted these, I'm going to start playing all of your test chambers. Chariot, chariot. Edit: I've received feedback that Mini Gauntlet and Shifty Vent Shafts can be taxing on your computer. I hope this isn't the case for everyone, and I'm open to ideas on how to reduce said taxation. Those who have played it liked it a lot. Apparantly, it is the right amount of challenging and fun. |

Alright, here you go. Just kind of testing how to chain puzzles together. I'd like to know if its way too easy or challenging in any way.

My newest one
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfile...s/?id=72067249 Two others http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfile...s/?id=71495920 http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfile...s/?id=71350777 I created them with the intent of making them like Valve's maps, everything serves a purpose, no RNG needed to win, and (hopefully) only one proper way to solve them. My friend tried and liked the two I linked underneath, and the top one I just published. I wouldn't say any of them are a walk in the park but nor should any of them leave you frustrated. But I spend just as much time as testing them as making them so they should all work as intended. I will really appreciate any constructive feedback. Last edited by PBitt: 05-14-2012 at 08:06 PM. |

Now I've got two of them!
The most recent one, called "Ups and Downs", a little more challenging than its predecessor but still fairly easy. And here's my first attempt at making solvable, coherent maps, called "Arcade Portalling". Both maps were playtested heavily, but your feedback is welcome! It's always a possibility that you get aggravated by something that I overlooked. :P |

Here is my warm up map. (5 minutes long or so) It requires a simple trick to solve, though you will have to think outside the box.

Ok, sure. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfile...s/?id=72058520
I realize its not exactly a retail-worthy map, but I would like some feedback - especially a PM on how you solved it. I want to see if the puzzles chain together the way I thought, or if you manage to bypass parts of it with an unintended shortcut. I'm in the process of making a "Maze" map, too. Not really enough booby-traps in it yet. If we had half-size cells to work with, it'd be a lot of help... the limitations on map size make it tough to come up with a complex map. And having no "run" function makes it kind of tedious to walk through the whole thing sometimes. |
