problem creating a collection in the workshop

When I try to make a collection in the workshop, after filling in the name and details and clicking on save and continue it just goes to the workshop homepage. No option to add maps to it. No collection made.

Anyone else having this problem?

can anyone at least confirm that they don't have this problem? I see people are making collections, so maybe I'm doing something wrong?

I haven't tried today, but in the past I had no problem doing so.

Still not working for me, I click the 'create collection' button from the workshop home page and then fill in the name/image/description and it takes me straight back to the home page. Is that the right way to do it?

I think something is wrong on the server. I can't even access my own collection.

EDIT: It still doesn't work, but this is what you should do:

Steps:
Go to the steam workshop homepage, there you find a button: add collection.
- Give it a title
- upload an image
- give it a description
- optionally, change other settings
- press the button Save and continue
- add maps to your collection. If you hover a map, at the beginning of that row, a plus can be clicked to add that map.
- press the button Save and continue
- Now you should be brought to your new collection. This however doesn't work at my end.
