Let's ignore the fact that Activision the company that basically runs Blizzard is massive compared to the very small Runic Games studio. Or the fact that having more money does not equate to having "talented" developers that essentially created the style of this genre.

Let's also ignore the fact games like Sacred II, Titan Quest, and others that PRE-DATE both Torchlight and Diablo 3 also used similar skill cool downs with a gauge, And power up icons, and auto-gold pick up (Which was in the first Torchlight but lets ignore the fact you don't know this)

Yep...lets just act like Diablo 3 introduced and added all of those pre-existing features that were in other games before it.
