good I wanted to download the patch to fix the problem with the speed and heading in commands, but the patch is no longer on megaupload and you can download for dropbox, removed the service, could not someone upload the patch again?

thanks, but does not work, I asked the mss32.dll and is in the game and also copy it to win/system32, but did not work either

So I downloaded the files and replaced the originals, and nothing seems to have changed. It's still far faster than I remember.

Welcome , its for Behind Enemy lines ,
also I found another solution for this and its work perfectly
Try to go to Setting of Your steam account and follow these Steps below :

Steam --> Setting --> In-Game -- > de active the option of Enable Steam Community In-Game .

its works for me and many others players , hope it work for you , waiting your test ..

Woosh after manually installing the game from my disc I bought millions of years ago this fix has made the game playable.
