TF2 Graphics Problem

I have been experiencing graphical lately in TF2. I tried verifying the cache and defragmenting the cache too but it none of them work. Do any of you know how to fix the problem? Thanks.

I have a HP Pavilion dv6t with a Core 2 Duo T6600, 4GB DDR3 RAM, and Mobility Radeon 4350 (with the latest drivers).
