Local Cinema Star views not synced with actual YouTube Views

Hello,

I'm so close to getting 1,000 views on my video, as well as the Frontline Field Recorder. Problem is the Achievement stats page says I only have 100/1,000 views on the video, which differs from the view count on Youtube which is currently 985 http://youtu.be/VM6POt-LT0E

Is this going to be corrected or will I never get the achievement?

I recall that if you hover your mouse icon over the little i in a circle on the video's page in TF2 it'll update with proper information.
