G930 headset interference

I have a Logitech G930 headset. The sound quality is great, but whenever the Xbox 360 is on I get crackling noises and random restarts. The 360 is located right behind my computer, and I sadly can't move it or my PC. Is there any way to change my headset's frequency or something so that it doesn't get interference?

If your Xbox 360 is plugged into the same power outlet as the PC, I would try to get it on a different circuit or surge protector/power strip. I'm not sure what you mean by random restarts, but if it's your computer restarting, I would suspect power even more.

The Xbox isn't in the same outlet as the PC. By restarts I mean the headset (which is wireless) will disconnect and then reconnect a few seconds later.

i would suspect the wireless 360 controllers to be causing this issue because don't they also use the same frequency as ur wireless headset?

Yeah, it is the controllers. But shouldn't the headset be able to withstand interference?

idk i assume it's similar to wifi interference in household/neighbourhoods. It's either ur wireless controller and/or 360 (if it's using wireless for internet).

Probably worth trying with the Xbox switched off completely at the wall so that it can't send any wireless signals at all. If that fixes it at least then you have pinpointed the problem.

How often would you need them both plugged in at the same time?

Well, I dont play the Xbox. My brother does. I can't tell my brother to get off the Xbox. The problem only happens when the Xbox is on, so it's definatly the Xbox and not my internet or anything.
