Quick question about VAC

Could I get a VAC ban if a program or if I erase, change, modified, etc, file(s) from the Windows folder(Especially System32)?

In most cases no.

Valve Anti-Cheat:
The following will not trigger a VAC ban:

System hardware configurations
Updated system drivers, such as video card drivers

But modifying DirectX .dll files is not recommended and shouldn't be done.
Can you specify your question, by the way? What files exactly do you want to change?

Nah that is just the question at all, if the VAC will ban me if i change a file or files from windows folder. I am not going to change anything is just to know, better safe than sorry.

If you erase system32, you've got bigger things to worry about than a VAC ban

That's the core of the issue.
Games do very rarely tamper with the system files (however redistributables do) So it's very rare that you have game files within system32.
But...
Many cheats do tamper with the DX files in order to achieve some cheats. There has been cases of a tampered DX library triggering VAC bans.

But as has been said before without knowing more i cannot tell if it will be safe or not.
