Multiplayer games

I have a list of games I have purchased and played in the past, but not for a long time.
I was wondering which games people still have good community play:

Counter Strike Source
Day of Defeat Source
ET: Quake Wars
Red Orchestra
Savage 2
Shattered Horizon
TF2
UT3

Heh, I was thinking the first reply might be something like Darkest Hour or UT3.
Personally, I never had a thing for the Team Fortress games.

What about DoD vs CSS? I would guess they would be about the same.

Mount and Blade Warband,Get the cRPG mod and can have a persistent character that you build up.

DAY-Z mod for arma2 is fun too, but very broken. You need to find a "daytime" server to play it, otherwise you just stand in the dark for 12 hours. Developers are idiots, so dont think you can help with development. They think standing in the dark is a cool thing. Just find a daylight server and you will have some fun with friends.

Killing Floor is the stupidest game you will ever read about, but is really fun to play with friends. The graphics are really bad. You shoot a Zed and nothing, no blood splat, no entry wound.... nothing. It makes your gun feel like just a flashing noise maker. But is really fun to play with groups of people.

Battlefiels BC 2, All other battlefield games are pretty mutch broken, this is the last EA game that has a server browser that you can actually use. Lots of players, and a semi-live community keeps this game afloat.

E.Y.E. has persistent online characters too that you can build up. It is a very broken game, and is French too. But if you put in the effort, you can really have fun with friends.

Left for Dead 1, and 2 are really fun games too, but you need to view the purchase like buying a movie, after you see the movie, it is over... nothing new, nothing really repayable, But really fun the first few times you play it.

SVEN co-op is a really fun game, you will need half-life 1 to play this. You play everything from a haunted house adventure, to playing a 3d version of Megaman ,and Super Mario Bros.

Red Orchestra 2 is worth a shot, but be warned, It is developed in Georga USA. Do not expect any patches or apologies from this crew.

Creep TD- Awesome tower deference game, PLay online with friends for FREE!

Try Super MNC when you get a chance. It's free and quite fun to play. It has a pretty active community atm.

Day Z is still just an alpha, of course its buggy and missing lots of features. Also the dev is actively communicating with the community on the forum, and is basically the opposite of an idiot dev, in my opinion.

I don't know if i should be surprised that Quake Wars isn't active. I always thought Quake to be quite the popular series.
