Garry's Mod is getting support in the near-ish future, as is Dungeons of Dredmor.

It depends on what developers want to go through the trouble of utilizing it. So far, two of the three workshop games are run by Valve, the third by a company with a history of being supportive of mods in their games.

You have to consider that many games don't really have much use of a workshop, or have on built in (for example, Civ V has a functioning custom mod/map list from the community built in).

I am almost positive that CS:GO will have it. CS:S is a haven for modders, reskinners, remodellers, and whatnot. They would have it for CS:S if they weren't planning the sequel.

If the workshop was around at the right time in development then Civ 5 might have used workshop (they were already using Steamworks so why create extra work for themselves).

Does that game even have a big modding community? I think Valve should start finding which games are modded the most and get the developers of the game to integrate their game in workshop.

It's probably coming to Natural Selection 2 as well. If you're making a Steamworks game and you want to support modding it's pretty much a no-brainer to support Workshop.

Yes it does

The free dlc pack that is coming out at the same time as Steam workshop support is a collaboration between some of the best community modders and the game devs.

It's more about the custom content potential. If you make it super easy to create and share content then more people will do it, thus creating a community for custom content for a game (not talking about any game in particular).

Garry's Mod 13 Beta already has the workshop

Toki Tori 2 will have a workshop too when it's released this summer.
