SecuROM

I'm trying to launch Batman: AC and this pops up:

A required security module cannot be activated.
This program cannot be executed (9000).

Please have a look at http://www.securom.com/message.asp?m=module&c=9000 for further, more detailed information.

Why has this happened suddenly? I was playing this game a few days ago without any problems. I've already had problems with saved game files getting erased so I'm getting a bit upset with all these problems that occur randomly.

Fresh installed my computer and no longer having SecuROM problems but now GFWL freezes my game and gives me this:

How can there be any errors in a fresh cleaned PC? I haven't even had this computer up for more than five hours.

Have you tried Windows Update?

These are some very nasty problems. I feel I'm very lucky to play the game with no problems at all.

Yes I have. Always make sure I do updates because the first time trying to play this game made it impossible for me to continue without the updates.

This game is unplayable more times I've tried playing it than have at this point.
