Arma beta patch and dayz problem

Hi,

i have installed the latest arma beta patch because it is ackward compatible and will get more servers to connect.
I used following manual:_

http://dayzmod.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=2085
1) Download and install beta patch from http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php
2) Go to the Arma2:OA main directory and right-click on shortcut "Launch Arma2 OA Beta Patch". Add "-mod=@dayz" without quotes to the target line.
3) Run "Launch Arma2 OA Beta Patch" and enjoy playing on beta servers!

When i start i got the error message CA bulding parts missing and I can not connect to beta servers.

This problem also occur when i start arma OA without choosing combined arms via steam.

But as tzhe above manula not mention the steam version of starting the beta.

Hope smeone can help...

thx
alex
