I remember an "ultrasonic" remote we had. It only had channel and volume controls and you could actually hear it.

Still, was better than the remote my mum used before that, e.g. me.

I think we should turn the telly off for a moment in his name... Using the control of course... I'm not walking all the way over there and then all the way back!
