Apparently it seems that even if a leveled-up (but still noob) joins an online game, he/she gets knocked out.
The problem is I'm a payroll clerk who works full-time; after stressing out over other employees' large checks all week just to earn my pitiful one, working on a character to prepare to go online and face jerks is the last thing I need.
I'm glad that you guys confirmed that nearly everything regarding DD can be accomplished in single-player; that's cool because the game is interesting enough to spend some quiet time alone and work on my character and strategies. What bothers me is that I've been hearing too many negative things regarding the online mode and fear that I may be working on my Magician for no real purpose except to waste time. Oh well...
That is very well said. It is a very large leep from insane to nightmare. I find without help going into nightmare, you will not find what you are truly looking for in terms of gear.
