Worth 3$?

Is this game worth the 3 dollars? I have a lacking internet connection, so I need good single player.

Or, does it have functional LAN? If either of these is true, I'll probably buy this game.

Worth $3 for sure in my opinion (I paid the full price for it and I think it was worth that too) Singleplayer works with "bots" which are the same bots that fill any empty slots on a server. They work well enough. (And can provide a challenge as well)
It also has LAN, which I've used and it works great, same functionality as multiplayer online.

Alright. Purchasing it now, thanks for the response. If it's any good, I'll probably buy another copy or two to gift to my mates.
