Fallout 3 crashes at "New Game". Help!

Hey guys so yesterday I bought Fallout 3 and when I tried to start a New game it went to the loading screen and then the game crashed and windows said the game had an issue. After having to restart my computer 4 times after getting the error message, I tried deleting the game and reinstalling. Now that I have done that, I have the same issue. Someone please help!!!

Try deleting your Fallout 3 folder in your ( my games folder ) not your steam one.
