Unable to connect to a specific TF2 server.

I'm unable to connect to the DMA achievement server (76.112.219.49:27017).
I've gotten the "4 retries" connection failure, and the 'Join game' button disappears when trying to join a friend on said server.

Note: I can connect to every other server just fine.
