Wow, I'm usually at least 5 or more. There are the people that never have the time to play massive Steam sessions, so they should update the Steam Rating to factor in achievements and games owned.

Nope. It has no purpose other than to provide a numerical representation of the amount of tiem you have been playing in the past two weeks!

Ah, but maybe REAL gamers don't just play Steam?

I play about 70-90 hours a week, depending on how bad I am, but that has to be spilt across a mad number of platforms.

Also take into consideration, that time spent idling for in-game drops adds to that rating... so basically a tf2 player idles about 24h in 14 days.... so not much "real" playing left from the 32 hours to become an eagles scream... and therefore you cant regularly say this player is, for example, having no life.

I, for example, let TF2 run in textmode while im doing programming work for studies or income on my computer...

Steam Rating: 10
Playing time: 92.7 hrs past 2 weeks

I wish it would just keep going up and up for the Steam rating, that would be quite funny.

It's a number based on your game time in the last 2 weeks.

I played 170 hours the last two weeks. Its that the highest rating is 38 hours! I should get a special rating

As others have said, it's based on your Steam playtime the past two weeks. OFC any measurement of how much you've played on Steam is inaccurate because it counts even when the game is left open, but still.

I still think its kinda stupid to set the limit on 38 hours for a 10 rating. 38 hours is nothing :P

Better ones would be:

1: 0-5 hours
2: 5-10 hours
3: 10-15 hours
4: 15-25 hours
5: 25-35 hours
6: 35-50 hours
7: 50-75 hours
8: 75-100 hours
9: 100-150 hours
10: 150+ hours
