I'm guessing, that it's enhanced version of Kamikaze from original game, but when I use it my character lifts this thing over his head with no effect whatsoever, no matter if there are enemies in the room or not

Actually that item turns your bombs into remote controlled bombs, you can place a bomb and then detonate it whenever you feel like it

You'll notice two treasure rooms on the map and two boss doors in that room.

The flying thing in the chest is not a ghost of your previous character, but also occurs whenever someone finds the rick after blowing up the tinted rock. So probably it does it when you expect an item from a gold chest, too.

Also, if you look in your picture you're playing on the basement XL, which means that it lumps both basement 1 and 2 together. Similar things happen on all of the other chapters with 2 floors, from my understanding. This is not a bug.

I have Technology 2 and Mom's Knife together and in this combination Technology 2 become ineffective. It does not harm enemies.

So i have this bug that my mom's heart kills get counted in the stats, get counted in steam as achievements ONLY AFTER LOGGING OUT AND INTO STEAM and the worst is

1.- Shops always sell Holy Grail and Prayer Card, which are very powerful. They should be rarer and items before the expansion should appear more frecuently. Also, Greed appears extremely frequently.
2.- I can´t unlock Samson. I have skipped tons of treasure rooms (did not enter the fanged doors) and beat the new final boss. No Samson.

Just a note, but the trinket Cursed Skull can make it really difficult for ??? to be very productive in completing rooms. If at any point you get hit in a room, you get teleported back to the previous room (0 heart containers = instant teleport on hit), but if you get hit in the previous room (al la spikes, etc), you get tossed into a random room. It's kinda counter-productive, but can be fun as well. :x See map-- last room used was this, and somehow I ended up in an arcade room. No telepills/teleport required.

I have no idea if this is a bug but if you beat the game with the polaroid in your possesion you get a different title screen but no new ending. Then if you reach the cathedral again you fight a new version of daddy long legs but the picture says your fighting Blue Baby. I had the Dad's Key item with me at the time but don't know if that's what caused it.

I've gotten the exact same thing twice now, I'm pretty sure it isn't item related since none of my items were the same between the two runs.

Not really a bug but something that should be fixed.

Beggar spawned an item in the one spot that prevents me from getting out
Now I'm stuck with no way out.

Womb XL:

- Didn't get an item from beating the first boss (Skolex at the time) before Mom's Heart.

- Mom's Heart audio began playing during the fight with the first boss.

Cathedral:

- Did not receive the achievement or the Crucifix for beating Isaac as Maggie.

Edit: it does not always happen when going through doors. Happened during a boss fight, also happened in a normal room fighting normal mobs.

[Mistress Rarity]

- The Bible does not appear in any shop, devil room, or God room.
- The Bible will not be unlocked for beating mom the first time.
- Beating the game unlocks the Polaroid regardless of whether you beat the game with all characters (v 1.1)
- Beating the game with the Polaroid but before beating Isaac with Isaac will make Challenge 10 permanently blocked off, regardless how many times you beat the game with Isaac.
- Once beaten once, Daddy Long-Legs will become the permanent boss to the cathedral if you take the Polaroid to cathedral, regardless if you have it or not. Whether you have the Polaroid on you or not does not effect the outcome.
- Eve still takes the place of Samson is many of the vs. screen (v 1.1)
- You can find Bloody Lust, Dad's Key, Fish head, Guppy's Tail, and a myriad of other items before they are unlocked, and before unlocking Samson.
- Fish head appears as "Undefinied" until unlocked (v 1.0).
- During Womb/Utero XL rooms, you sometimes do not get an item from the first boss room.
- Defeating mom while her foot is in the air causes Isaac to take damage.
- Momma's Boy achievement is completely impossible to obtain, regardless if you take no damage with any character.
