Windows Malware

Well a while ago I was dumb and installed a virus (I didn't know it was a virus but it was pretty obvious, yet I couldn't see it then -.-), So anyway, I have located the virus files on linux, and tried everything I know to delete these. From editing the file, to terminal. Nothing works. It says the directory doesn't exist! And is owned by "Root". Now, I need someone who is bloody good to help me, since I have looked everywhere and can not find a solution. Thank you.

Have you considered using one of these instead?
