Question about The Angel of Darkness

Hi. Does anyone know how can one obtain a laser or suppressor for the weapons?? I saw on some webpages that these attachments are available.

What I have finished the game ... the ps2 .... so nothing special there was a laser.

but maybe the PC is ... How to find them? I do not know ..... easy is not it? There are NOT hidden weapons like in TR3.

but I do not think they have a function in the TR6. only see maybe a little red laser ... nothing more.
