is there away to play kotor in fullscreen?

Yes, there are certain patches around, which include a mod to increase resolution.

I don't have any links to hand, but if you Google, I'm sure you'll find them.

Yep, I can confirm this works flawlessly. WSGF has always been great about this kind of stuff. I'm using the crack method along with the UNIWS program mentioned in the steps and I'm running 1920x1080 on windows 7 64bit without any problems. Looks and plays great.
