ARMA 2 OA Errors

Okay so ive downloaded ARMA II and ARMA II Operation Arrow Head to give Day Z a go.

ARMA II loads okay but when I try to play ARMA II Operation Arrow Head I get the following error messages pop up:

No entry 'bin\config.bin/CfgInGameUI/MPTable.shadow'.

and then

Error compiling pixel shader PSSpecularAlpha:0

Any idea why its not working?

Had same problem, found solution here under pixelshader error.

Run "Steam" as Administrator and it runs ARMA 2 OA just fine.

This might soung extremly n00by, but I have no idea what "RUNNING STEAM IN ADMINISTRATOR" means.
I bought ARMA II combined operations on steam, to play with my friends on DAY Z. When I play arma II there is no problem, but when I play Operation Arrowhead it says 'bin\config.bin/CfgInGameUI/MPTable.shadow'.
and then it says
Error compiling pixel shader PSSpecularAlpha:0
Python939393 said you need to run Steam as Administrator but i cant find how to get onto administrator.
PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ HELP

Close Steam, right click on the steam shortcut -> Run as Administrator

Running as admin didn't help though, anything else seem to help? Or am I just doing something wrong?

Herp derp, nevermind, I didn't log out before running it as admin first :/ that fixed it, thanks
