No login required?

So for some reason when i opened steam today, it automatically logged into my account with not login screen. i clearly remember logging off last night, and after i exited steam and then reopened today, it still automatically logs into my account. any known reason and fix?

the checkbox for 'don't save account credentials' was not working as it should - maybe that was the problem, if so it has been fixed with the current Steam beta if you opt into that.
