L4D Prequel?

I believe its not a hoax.

Something to do with before L4D came to.. be full of dead.

Maybe THIS explains the lack of attention to Cold Stream?

The DLC has already been announced... It's just a Payday map/scenario/whatever inside a pre-infection No Mercy Hospital.
