Library Category Idea (open/close)

Just a little idea around the Categories in the users library

Add a "Open All" / "Close All" button.

Simple, "Easy to implement" and strongly useful

Just a re-up of this idea because of the new "software" tab.
Still annoying to have to close all the 25 games categories one by one ...
