Method 1
1. You need a floppy drive and a floppy disk.
2. Download this:
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/pro...?pid=3907#bios
Updated on 2012/03/29
3. Unzip and copy to your floppy (MA77UD32.FKd, this is for the floppy).
4. Restart your pc and press "End" when u see the boot screen (you must have the floppy in the drive). This is the one called "Q-Flash", you can also run it from your bios settings.
5. Press update bios, I think it's the 4th option.
6. It will do everything itself and you're done.

Method 2
1. Find a 32 bit OS.
2. Install it as 2nd boot, without deleting your current OS (you don't need to reinstall everything).
3. Install only chipset and LAN drivers.
4. Extract and run the exe and you're done.

You will be given the option to back up during both methods and I strongly recommend you to do so before continuing.

Edit:
The bios is taken from your motherboard's official website:
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/pro...?pid=3907#bios

So? I only see two options here.
Update your hardware or wait for optimizations.

Okay, okay.
Let's go over this:

I don't have a floppy drive, but earlier someone told me i can use a USB stick.
Do I still do it the same way as with the floppy?

Also: running the 'mb_bios_ga-970a-ud3_f5.exe' gave me the following files:
970AUD3.F5
autoexec.bat
FLASHSPI.EXE

I do not know whare you got the "MA77UD32.FKd" from.

His hardware doesn't need to be updated considering it's quite sufficient for this game. He may have to wait for optimisations, but asking someone who has a quad-core, 8gb ram and a 2gb graphics card is just plain silly.

Sorry that was my bios up there...
970AUD3.F5 - this is your new bios.
I don't know if it will work but there's only one way to find out.
You have DualBIOS so you should be protected (I have the same one and even if u do something wrong it will revert it).
I'll try with usb and I'll let you know. Give me 10 mins.

It works!

1. Download
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/pro...?pid=3907#bios
The last one "F5 1.07 MB 2012/03/29"
2. Double click it, it will extract 3 files.
3. Copy the files to the empty usb key.
4. Insert the key in one of the back USB ports.
5. Restart your PC.
6. Press "End" when at boot screen (you can also go into the bios setup and run it from there Q-Flash).
7. Click update (when u are in Q-flas).
8. When it's ready click F10 (look which key powers down the PC).
9. Turn on your PC.
You will see something like: writing DMI blablablblal. Update successful. Please remove any media or drive.
10. Remove the USB.
11. Restart you PC.
That's it!

There are few other tricks to improve you fps as well.
Let me know what happens after the update.

Fair enough, however the OP wasn't in the best of moods to be making jokes with :P

AMD user here and no issues. But it's the FX series that seems to be the thing.

Not true. I have the quad FX and I have had zero issues with any games in my vast library.

The need for bios updates for FX cpus is well documented. It should be common practice to research your motherboard/cpu for compatibility and updates anyways.
