So I got Warband yesterday and I have a question

So I go Warband yesterday when I saw this MOD for it http://www.mbrepository.com/file.php?id=2696

However something seems off since downloading it some towns don't really look too different I can't find any bandits that are zombies and to top it all off whenever I try to play a quick match I can't be a ninja or anything only the original models is something wrong or is this the way it was done to save time?

Make sure you have activated the mod, which means that you need to select that mod when the M&B screen appears after you have clicked the play button on Steam. There is a pulldown menu that says, "current mod". Make sure you have selected the mod you want.
