Units not showing in Hearts of iron 3

i have seen gameplay videos and if they get close enough you can see a unit's 3d graphic i can't i already did GCF and navigated trough all options plus i buyed 2 unit sprites

In your game option, be sure to uncheck the "use counters" and DON'T put the "Counter Dist." slider to minimum.
