How to restart career mode

Hello, i'd like to completely restart the career mode but can't find any options for this ingame as far as i know. I guess you could delete the save game files but i have trouble figuring out wich those are. The last option is to reinstall.

I'd be thankful if anyone could tell me the easiest way to get it done.
