Flatout Ultimate Carnage doesn't start

Hey guys,

I got Flatout last week and I downloaded it direct.
After i installed it the starting window disappeared and nothing did happen.
Now when i start Flatout out I get the Message, that the Installation is by 1/1 and then disappears the window, everytime...
I reinstalled my Operation System, but that didn't help...
