Crashes on startup (NEED HELP)

So i download the game and run it like usual and it says i'm playing it (the green border around my avatar) but i check the task manager and the game's process crashed. I looked in the event viewer and i get 2 new logs.

Oh and here are my specs:

Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate
Intel Core i5 Quad-Core 2.66Ghz
4GB Ram
ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series
