Maybe this shotgun is a fully auto shotty? looks like one, but I highly doubt it. it would make sense why it slows down the scout and does such little damage if its fully auto.

I dunno, Cow Mangler, Bison, Shortstop. Lots of weapons don't say what kind of weapon they are nowadays really.
