Haven't Received Free Key From Support Yet

Okay, this is getting ridiculous. I have an existing Turbine account that I used to play DDO. I want to add LOTRO to that account, not make a new one. In order to do this, you have to contact support and they will send you a key which you manually add, apparently. It's been two days. Two days. And no response. I would like to actually be able to play this game at some point in the indeterminate future.

Has anyone else had a problem adding LOTRO to an existing Turbine account? Am I missing something?

LOTRO is free-to-play, and you can use your login details to simply enter the world of Middle-earth.

Except you can't: http://forums.lotro.com/showthread.p...urbine-Account

If I try to sign in with my existing account, it throws an error (does not have an active "LOTRO" subscription), despite being free to play. The game actually has things called free subscriptions, and they have keys. If you are creating a new account, the subscription is automatic. But if you have an existing account, there is no automatic way I have found to add a LOTRO subscription to an existing account.

So if you made your Turbine account for DDO, it will not work for LOTRO until they email you back a key. And they have taken two days to do that simple task. It's getting pretty annoying.

yup, expecting it to take 4 days here (Downloaded it on Friday evening, so 2 business days means Tuesday).

Really poor setup they've got here.
