Better Fps

I'm recently coming back to tf2 and I am experiencing Frame Rate issues. I only get 30 Fps if im sitting in a corner looking up at a wall. I wanted to know if there is anything I can change or do to get better FPS. I've already did Chris' config and dxlevel 81.

My Specs:
Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.00GHz
4.00GB Ram
NVIDIA GeForce 6200

You have done all you can aside from upgrading.

That 6200 is pitiful and the Pentium 4 3GHz even with a good gpu would get less than 15fps in action.

In short, you are doing all you can.

If you decide to upgrade get a new rig all together because that rig is done for gaming.

The only other thing I can think of is lowering your resolution.
