Screen Flickers at start-up

Not sure if this was covered any where else, as I'm still running a Google search (and coming up with zilch for anything useful)... I installed the game just fine, but for some reason, no matter what settings I set it at, the game will act as if it's starting up, but the screen flickers between my desktop and black, constantly, and any sound meant to be played during the intro flickers with it..

I've no idea what is wrong... but my setup is-

EVGA NVidia 560Ti
4 GB Ram
Intel Core 2 Duo

I uninstalled it and am re-installing now as I write this post, and I'm going to take a stab at, also, setting it to Single Monitor mode (I run dual-monitors on an extended desktop, so it might not like that... ) And hope for the best, I guess.

I've read that Eidos essentially dropped all support after release (or something like that), so I can imagine, like DX:IW, this game is just left as-is: Possibly broken on PC, and with few solutions.

Apparently Snowblind hates dual-monitors.. It works now, at least.. for the moment..
