Need help in arma 2 OA

Hey guys i am a newbie at the series ^_^ and i need some help.
First i have installed day-z from arma 2 launcher,downloaded and installed six updater,and the launcher.I did those things cause i wasnt able to play to some servers,i installed few mods too like dayz ace acex acre and more.The problem is that i still cant play to most of the servers,they dont have the green dot at the servers(left hand side,when on server browser),and i still have a yellow one with a questionmark on it and a red one,i cant play to those servers,what should i do so i will be able to play on them too?

Disable the mods on the launcher, that'll give you access to the vanilla servers. If you want to play dayz, or ACE mod, for example, you need to pick that mod on the launcher and only that mod, because the servers won't allow keys to your other mods, thus not letting you join.
