Opening NAT Type

We just downgraded from DSL to Broadband Internet. Now when I open my Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2- Multiplayer and click Play, I saw that the NAT Type is now Strict. How do I open my NAT Type now? The website of Infinity Ward is currently being redesigned.

But I can still play multiplayer even the NAT is Strict. I just get kicked after some games
