The Awakened Glitch

I just opened my save, I am in the room with the 4x3 safe in it.

I cannot click anything. Anything that I click that is interactive (The safe, the doors, Watson) does not respond. Bizarrely, after a few clicks my crosshair disappears.

The usual hand-logo does not appear when I hover over interactive objects/entities.

I was just going to reinstall, but I could not find my savegame file (as in, I don't know what it is called or where it is.)

Can someone please help we with this? What is going on? How do I fix it?
