Bug with camera when I press F11

Hi!
So I have a problem. When I enter to Game Mode by pressing F11 key, my camera is stuck in somewhere on the map. I cannot do nothing. I have a small window dialog in left side of the screen ...

... and when i pressing "," and choosing character it's not happening. How to fix this?

I hope you understand, what I mean.

Any help?! I can run Source Filmmaker but when I going to GameMode i can't do nothing, even choose a game character.
