Uploading screens

I'm upset of getting my computer frozen when im uploading screens. At first it was working perfect but about a month now i only get bad uploads or I do whatever with the computer while uploading my full computer gets frozen and i have to reboot it.

I'm upset of loosing all the screens because they cannot be reuploaded again.

Please fix that feature or remove it because it doesnt work!!!

What OS do you use that your whole system freezes while uploading oO

I have win7 64, but its for sure a steam problem, because many people have the same problem.
