Removing Youtube videos from my Steam community profile

Hello,

I have been trying to remove my Youtube videos from my Steam community profile, but I keep getting this message:

There was a problem deleting the video. Please try again.

I've read some similar threads on the forums and tried :

- removing the videos from the Steam UI client;
- removing the videos from my internet browser;
- unlinking and linking Youtube account and then deleting the videos.

And what's the result? I am still getting this error message.

Eventually, I've sent a ticket to the support (12 days ago...), and the only thing they told me is to delete some Steam folders. And of course, it didn't work.

My ticket is still open and my questions are left unanswered. I am really not happy with this.

Edit : Ticket number [7652-YDVB-8546].

I actually have the same problem with all of my videos. Someone should take a look at it.

Sadly...

...I got this same problem. A guy told me to unlink my youtube account, wait few days, then delete them by clickin' "Remove Video" from each video. I've waited more than 'few' days and still not workin'. Valve MUST fix this!

My ticket was closed, but the issue is still here.

I'd appreciate it if someone could take a look at this.

Issue still present. Is this even recognized as a bug or not?

Actually, they've fixed this just before the Summer Sale, to my knowledge. I've already deleted orphan videos from my library. Just click on a video you want to remove, let it load and then click "Delete" on the right side, that should do it.

When I delete an orphaned video from my profile, it shows as deleted but within a half hour or so it mysteriously returns. I can never get rid of it permanently.

I found a solution in another thread, but it might only work if you don't intend to ever use the video linking function again. In other words if you are like me and only linked a video to get the badge, just delete the video and then unlink your Youtube account from Steam. I did that and it seems to be gone for good.

Same here. Good to see I'm not the only one with this problem. No one would post in my thread.
