Titles and Emblems

Hi everybody!I've already seen some players using MW3 Elite titles and emblems on Steam (PC) and I always wonder how can it be possible if there's no Elite for PC yet. I mean there's no statistics about your multiplayer game on PC as on consoles. So, if anyone could explain to me how I can get some Elite titles and emblems for PC, I'd be very grateful!

Hacked titles from a MW3 unlocker. Proves Elite was in the PC version at one time.
Maybe they will still give us it but it would be useless to do so.
