Multiple sequences
Hi-noob here. =P
How do I go about using sequences to make a character walk in from off screen, then stop and stand? (Not by recording-I want to edit their facial expression) I would assume I could do this with sequences, but am unsure how to use them...help is appreciated, thanks in advance! |

If you really don't want to record, you have to make an Animation Set for a new model and select it in the AnimSet Editor. Open the Motion Editor or the Graph Editor in the Timeline. Now you can interact with the model in the viewport. I've never used the Graph Editor as the Motion Editor makes much more sense to me.
If you just want to work on facial expression, you CAN record the character in-game. After making the Take, make a new Animation Set for an Existing element and find your character. Select the new Animation Set, then from here on you can follow the same steps as above for editing movements or expressions. |
