Red face AOE3 with Windows 7 x64

Hi, i just bought AOE3 today on steam and i can't play.
When the game started (aero disabled), a little window without any information appears and my game shut down.
Is there anyone here who can help me ?
My exploitation system is Windows 7 x64 Familial Edition Premium.
I've a CPU i5 with 2,80GHz (quad-core)
I've 8Go of RAM.
I don't wanna waste my money, so please help me with it.

Ps : Sorry for my bad english, it's late :>.

You stated a little window appeared without any information..... hmm... doesn't give me terribly much to go on :x

Have you tried uninstalling and re installing (sounds silly, but always worth a shot!). We want to at least get it to the point of popping some kind of error. I'm running the game on several win7 x64 machines right now.

Step One is to always verify your cache. Note if there's any files that failed to validate (in some cases after the patcher runs, it may update files that Steam will replace.)

Is it failing on the launcher, or is it failing after you click PLAY after it patches?

Howdy, try using Vista (Service Pack 3) compatibility settings.

Have a look in C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Age of Empires 3\bin

Right click the age3 application file and choose properties. Under the compatibility tab choose Windows Vista (Service Pack 2) and make sure you tick the 'Run this program as an administrator' checked.

Hope it helps and best of luck.
