Just beat the game [Spoiler Free]

Finally finished this game after putting it off for years. Ended up level 38...well 37 really, last fight put me over the top - went soul mage and had a golem as a summon to draw aggro.

Theres a lot of problems with this game - mostly the pathfiding for your summon and most enemies. Also IMO enemies take way too much to kill, especially during the later stages when you have those two handed War things that can literally one shot me. Albeit this is probably my fault and those who are going Blood mage route will probably have more HP than I did. However still had literally thousands of HP, maybe tens of thousands. I had over 700 soul magic stat and over 800 magic and it would take high level spam for a good minute to kill them.

Overall pretty fun game, the story is nonsense but I really enjoyed the game mechanics and the control was pretty good. However I almost stopped playing when about 75-80% into the game it became bullethell with the traps shooting at you at all angles.

Even the last boss, all phases - is pure bullethell.

Overall its worth a play if you haven't, Ill give it a 7 out of 10. Definitively really frustrating, especially in the beginning.

Pro Tip - if you find yourself swamped, leave the room and close the door if you have to - every monsters number one weakness. doors.
