massive pc lag after alt tab.

Oh mah gawd it was horribly. The weirdest part was it was only using 10% cpu along with the other stuff running. Anyone else have this issue?

yep, win7 offered me to switch of my windows theme because it was that slow :P

Hey. This issue is caused because the game runs without V-sync in the background. 300-400 FPS while the game ran in background. Best advice, do not alt-tab while playing this game:P
