Need power supply reccomendations.

I need a good quality power supply that will be enough to power this pc -

AMD FX-4100 CPU
AMD 6570 GPU
Asus M5A78L-M LX Mobo
2 x 4GB ddr3 memory
1TB sata HDD

I've only bought one power supply before, so I have no idea of good brands or how powerfull it will need to be etc.

This computer could possibly have either an SSD or GPU upgrade in about a year.

Budget is around £40 but can go higher.

If you could reccomend a Power supply, a reccomended wattage, or even the best company to buy from it would be very helpfull!

I think you need to increase your budget a little as the PSU is the one part you don't want to go cheap on. Some of the best brands to go for are Seasonic, Corsair (TX, HX and AX series) and XFX - which are re-badged Seasonic units.
This XFX ProSeries 550W Core Edition Power Supply, for £49.99, is probably the best you can get while keeping the price down.

Edit to add, that card uses very little power and so you might be fine with the 450W version of the XFX PSU. I'll let others advise you on that though. The 550W will allow for a future upgrade.

A decent 500-watt PSU will be more than enough. In fact, you could get a good 400-watt unit and be ok, but I wouldn't recommend that because if you decide to upgrade your video card at some point, your upgrade options will be limited. It's better to overdo the PSU a little in the beginning so you can upgrade later.

The XFX supplies look pretty decent, I like the warranty on them.
The 450w is more to my taste, but im not sure on the graphics card upgrade yet so I may go higher.

Gonzo has it spot on. The 550 will still allow for a decent GPU upgrade.
